The maximun number of digits in the name that Openpdc can output

I named output device as the follow

However, when I use PyPMU to receive the output stream of OpenPDC, the name of device become
the first part of original name. So, I am not sure whether OpenPDC has the limitation of the number of digits in the name .

If you are using the IEEE C37.118-2005 protocol, the limit is 16 digits.

This restriction has been lifted in IEEE C37.11.2-2011, with a limit closer to over 200.
