the program is the openHistorian.
When installed, the openHistorian runs as a service. The image above looks like a test application, perhaps you are running the application from inside Visual Studio?
If you are trying to debug openHistorian for development purposes, I would try setting the openHistorian project under the Applications solution folder to the start-up project - you can do this by right-clicking on the project and selecting “Set as StartUp Project”.
