Issue in the OPENPDC Manager Aplication


We are unable to open the manager even after restarting the service and the equipment. I am attaching a video that just shows a white window when attempting to open. Any Assistance with these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I have never encountered this issue before - what is your system CPU loading?

We might try stopping the openPDC Windows service and the openPDC Manager and removing the following files / folders:

  • File: UserRoleCache.bin
  • Folder: ConfigurationCache

Then restart the openPDC Windows service and the manager.

Also, what kind of database configuration are you using? SQL Server, SQLite, etc?
