Hi,
I just wanted to know which version of openPDC supports IEEE C37.118 2014 Amendment.

The 2014 amendment is specifically for the “a” portion of the standard, i.e., the device “measurement” portion for PMU data. The “b” portion of the standard focuses on the PMU “output” that is produced on the wire - this has not changed since the 2011 standard.

openPDC version 2.9 added full support for IEEE C37.118 Std2011, including its optional Configuration Frame 3.
