IEC 61850-90-5 Goose

Hi there,

I am currently trying to get IEC 61850-90-5 (particularly the GOOSE element) to work with openPDC. I have a device currently able to send GOOSE packets (no SV yet) however I can not figure out where to set up GOOSE or event driven data in openPDC. Is this functionality available and if so, are you able to provide some guidance as to how to set up this element of IEC 61850-90-5 in openPDC.

Right now the openPDC only supports sampled value implementations of 90-5, not GOOSE. However, the required changes to support GOOSE formatting may be trivial.
