How to get timestamps with local time instead of server time

Hello Sir,
I am using openHistorian for exporting PMU measurements as csv, However when I export the measurements, the timestamps are shown according to the server time, I would like the timestamps to use the local time. How can I achieve this? Both openHistorian and SNTP server are installed on the same PC.

All time values in the openHistorian use “UTC” timestamps, this is for data that is stored, data that is exported, data this processed, etc.
