Data Extraction Utility - Exception retrieving meta-data

I am trying to use the Data Extraction Utility to convert my d2 files into CSV, however I am having this error message when running:

Sem título3
Sem título3688×522 28 KB

My instance name is correct (RTAC). Any ideas why I am having this exception?

Not seen that error - but I will check it out.

You know that you can use the web tool to extract to CSV and COMTRADE though, right? From the “Trend Export Measurements” page, last tab.

This is the recommended way to get data.

I am using the Web tool, but it is a little slow, once we have some data loss and we have a slow sample rate (1 point each 2 seconds). Also we are monitoring around 1500points in total.

I was trying to check if this tool is faster for this case. I can use the web tool as well.
