We cannot pull data from the PMU using Open PDC Manager. The connection test succeeds but when we actually try to pull data it fails. We have verified all the necessary TCP ports are open between our server and the PMU. When it fails it gives the error “Invalid frame received, invocation for device configuration has failed.” Firewalls have been disable on the system running OpenPDC and PMU Connection Tester. Is there a solution to this problem?
Looks like a protocol error. Have you tried the PMU Connection Tester?
