Can openPDC export realtime data ? For example, real time data to a csv file.

There are CSV adapters, see here:

However, for real-time data, I recommend getting a stream of data, e.g., using IEEE 2664/STTP. For example:
- Python: sttpapi · PyPI
- Go: sttp/goapi: Golang API for STTP
Hi,
my first attempt at the sttpapi failed. As attached, a PMU Connection Tester working at the same machine of the example connecting to a TCP 4715, 10.114.209.19.
Any configuration problem?

Those are two different protocols:
The PMU Connection Tester uses synchrophasor protocols, e.g., IEEE C37.118
STTP is a different streaming protocol, i.e., IEEE 2664.
FYI, if you are using a standard openPDC configuration, the TCP port for STTP defaults to 7165.
