PTP Slave in Windows Sever 2019 Ethernet Multicast

Hi,
I am trying to use INtel 10G NIC Card to establish PTP sync.
PTP Grandmaster is working in L2 multicast mode in domain 24. the same card works in Ubuntu/CentOS with ptp4l/phc2sys services. Howerver I dont see similar configuration support in Windows 10/Server 2019. can you suggest how the differnet registry values can be set and find documentation of the parameters?
( e.g InputProvider, PtpMasteers, EnableMulticastRx, Announce/Dleay Interval)
