Unable to authenticate connection to server

I just installed openhistorian in another computer,but it doesn’t work normally.When I open the openhistorian console ,it shows problems like this screenshot.How could I solve this problem?

Can you let me know which version of openHistorian you are running? Also, could you translate the Chinese error message?

I followed the steps in this link and solved my problem.

Disconnected from TCP ://localhost 8500

Hi: I have a trouble and need your help. When running the program, the result of the openPDCconsole run is “disconnected from tcp://localhost :8500, Enter the credentials to be used for authentication with the service” then ,it request input user name and password. I tried it many times and it has been unsuccessful. Which username and password is this?,thanks!
