Try these steps:
(1) Remove the UDP Channel configuration (just delete all text there)
(2) Change LagTime to 5
(3) Change LeadTime to 5
(4) Click Save
(5) Click Initialize

Try steps again. The default configuration there is setup for a UDP data channel, but your code appears to be setup for TCP only.
