But it would be great if I could send this information to my client in UTC-3 time and also record the data (with openHistorian) in UTC-3 time, that’s usually how we do it in my company… for example, using SCADA, the time we have for alarm and stuff like that is our local time and that configuration is done in the application itself, in this case SCADA. I thought openPDC configuration was like that. Is it possible for me to send and record information in UTC-3? That would be the ideal for me.
Making adjustments from UTC to local time on the way out openHistorian, e.g., in a publish to SCADA, could be done easily enough.
I would need to make these adjustments to export data to csv, comtrade, etc.
I’m facing the same issue.
What is the issue? You are needing timestamps of the exported data in the local timezone or you are trying to synchronize your local clock time using a PMU data source?
