Frame rate lower than configured in Outputstream

@StephenCWills , test below:

The CSV export indicates that your input device’s timestamps are all exactly 2.56 milliseconds apart. Seems like maybe openPDC is not parsing FRACSEC from the data frames correctly. I wonder if this could be because of the C37.118 protocol version. In openPDC Manager, can you try changing the Protocol field on the input device to IEEE C37.118-2005?

@StephenCWills , you were spot on! That was exactly it! Now the frames are correct (image below).

I would like to thank you and @ritchiecarroll for your support!
Thank you very much!

Hello guys, I would like to contribute to this discussion.

Like my colleague LuizFreire, I have GE RPV311 PMU on site configured with CFG3 and IEEE C37.118.2-2011, trying to use OpenPDC as a concentrator.

Like my colleague, when using the described configuration, I was facing some issues with the output stream sending 9 frames/second.

Using C37.118-2005 protocol version, fixed the behavior. However, the TSO insisted on using the 2011 protocol version. So, when I marked CFG2 and CFG3 on GE equipment, I was able to use 2011 protocol without any change on Outputstream.

Here are some prints to help others with the same issue;

Connection string: addPhaseLabelSuffix=false; replaceWithSpaceChar=false;ConfigurationFrameVersion=2; TargetConfigurationType=Std2011
