Is there a way to extract historical data of a single device from Archive to another Archive of an openHistorian which is recently installed and has the connection to that particular device?

Let me make sure I understand what you are asking - do you have the same device connected to two different archives - or - is device connected to one archive, and the other archive subscribes to all data of the other archive?
If it is “subscription” based - you can turn on automatic data gap recovery:
