Telling me you’ve tried everything isn’t really helping us hone in on what your issue might be. I need a clearer picture of what you’re trying to do beyond “doing a viewer user”. If all you need is a walkthrough, here are the steps.
- Create a database user
- Give the new user the Viewer role
- Go to the login page in the web interface
- Uncheck “Integrated Windows Authentication”
- Enter the username/password correctly
- Click the “Login” button
If that doesn’t work for you, please explain to me what you need, exactly what happened when you tried it, and maybe even provide some screenshots.
