# openHistorian cannot receive UDP Data

Hi!  
I have a PDC sending data. It works ok when I receive it with the Connection Tester, including the config frame.  
However, when I try to include it in the openHistorian, it fails when waiting for the config frame.  
If I include it manually (obtained from the Tester), it doesn’t start receiving data.  
Can you help me?  
I include here the window with the error

Hi pabloleibo,

This is just my best guess based on a few pieces of information that you provided, but perhaps Windows Firewall has a rule to allow inbound UDP traffic to PMU Connection Tester, but no similar rule exists for openHistorian.
